We hope you love your order, but if you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@ireneserra.com.
We’ll be happy to offer you a replacement, exchange or refund (including any postage costs) once we’ve confirmed the issue.
To help us resolve things quickly, please include your order number and, if possible, photos of the item.

Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
