Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for supporting La Bouche Manouche! We’re a small, independent band, and every order means the world to us.

We hope you love your La Bouche Manouche goodies! If something isn't right, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

CDs & Physical merchandise

If you change your mind about an online purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please email info@ireneserra.com within this period to let us know you'd like to make a return.

Once you've notified us, please return the item to us within 14 days. Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.

Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. For sealed CDs, the right to cancel does not apply once the CD has been unsealed. This does not affect your rights if the CD is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive the returned item, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Your standard delivery charge will also be refunded where required by law. Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option are not refundable.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email info@ireneserra.com with your order details and, if possible, a photo of the problem. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate and cover reasonable return postage where a return is required.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Digital Downloads

Digital downloads are treated differently from physical products. Once a download has begun, the usual 14-day cancellation right may no longer apply where you have expressly agreed to receive the digital content immediately and acknowledged that you will lose your right to cancel.
